Just a quickie to wish everyone a Happy New Year and all the best for 2017. This one’s quite recent, albeit last year already, but here’s some sights and scenes shot around Cardiff’s civic centre with the New Year’s fun fair. They used to call this the Calennig Festival after the old Welsh tradition, but I’m they seem to have stopped using that recently which is a shame. Any ways, we were out of there by 8pm, but I’m sure that plenty of people had a good night into the new year. So here we go, if you didn’t venture into the centre for New Year’s here’s some of the scenes you could have seen!
